Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of your ISPGHAN 2018 registration can be done by writing an email to the conference secretariat at
ispghan2018@gmail.com clearly stating your reference number in the subject line. The email will have to be sent from the billing email address you used while registering.

Please note:

  • All cancellations done until the 01/09/2018 will attract a cancellation fee of 50% of gross registration value
  • All cancellations done until the 01/10/2018 will attract a cancellation fee of 75% of gross registration value
  • After 15/10/2018 no refunds will be provided
  • All refunds will be provided by check 10-15 working days after the conference
  • Timestamp of email will be considered as official date of cancellation request
  • GST value is non-refundable. Only gross registration fees will be refunded after deducting cancellation percentage
